I’m a 15 year old girl. Over the summer I was watching what I was eating and exercising everyday and I lost 20 lbs. Since school started I haven’t been working out as much and I have let my eating habits slip. I’m starting to run everyday again. I just need to improve my Tone Detox. What are some good healthy weight loss foods? And I pack a lunch for school. Any lunch ideas?
